General

This Privacy Policy describes how our app treats information that it collects and receives related to your use of our app's products and services. Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide and improve our products and services.

Information We Process

There are several categories of information that can be processed.

Functional Information

We ask for and process the following personal information when you use the App. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us. Without such information it is impossible to provide complete functionality of the App and perform the requested services.

Activity Information directly related to your use of the App. After you set the relevant settings on your device we may have technical access to your contact list - in order to be able to match contact details; and to photos - to analyze and delete similar photos. However, we cannot collect, store or use the data contained in your contact list or photos.

All files that might be processed are stored locally on your device and/or in your iCloud storage, they are inaccessible to us. Only you can share files to certain party by exporting them through the App.

Information That Is Processed Automatically

When you use the App, some information about your device and your user behaviour may be processed automatically. This information is generally non-personal, i.e. it does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual, and we may access it only in aggregated form. We process this information on the ground of our legitimate interest in improving our App and giving our users the best experience. If we do not access such data we may not be able to provide you with all the features of the App.

We use third-party automatic data processing technologies to analyze certain information sent by your device via our App (advertising or analytics tools). Some of them launch automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, which means any form of automated processing of personal data used to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to you, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning your personal preferences, interests, behavior, location or movements. Processing information through automatic data processing technologies starts automatically when you first time launch the App.

Device Details

When you use a mobile device (tablet / phone / smartwatch) to access our App, some details about your device are reported, including “device identifiers”. Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device (but not your personality). Device identifier enables generalized reporting or personalized content and ads by third parties. What data can be processed:

Information about the device itself

Type of your device, type of operating system and its version, model and manufacturer, screen size, screen density, orientation, audio volume and battery, device memory usage.

Information about the internet connection

Mobile carrier, network provider, network type, IP address, timestamp and duration of sessions, speed, browser.

Device identifiers

Identity For Advertisers for iOS devices / Advertising ID or Android ID for Android devices, user identifiers (if they are set up by the App’s developer).

Information about the applications

Name, API key (identifier for application), version, properties of our App can be reported for automated processing and analysis. Some services also record the list of applications and/or processes which are installed or run on your device.

Cookies and similar technologies

When you use the App, cookies and similar technologies may be used (pixels, web beacons, scripts). A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information which is downloaded to your device when you access the App. The text file is then sent back to the server each time you use the App. This enables us to operate the App more effectively. For example, we will know how many users access specific areas or features within our App and which links or ads they clicked on. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our App is used, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are of interest to you. We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to the App, which may use cookies or similar technologies.

Log file information

Log file information is automatically reported each time you make a request to access the App. It can also be provided when the App is installed on your device. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record certain log file information, including time and date when you start and stop using the App, and how you interact with the App.

Ad-related information

The following data might be reported about the ads you can view: the date and time a particular ad is served; a record if that ad was “clicked” or if it was shown as a “conversion” event; what the ad offer is about; what type of ad it is (e.g., text, image, or video); which ad placement is involved; whether you respond to the ad.

In-app events

When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record your activity information (tutorial steps, levelling up, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, progression events, method of limiting the processing of user data).

Information provided automatically to advertising or analytics tools does not generally come to our control, therefore we cannot be responsible for processing such information. Please mind that some services are engaged in personal data profiling and may obtain information related to your personality and/or your device by using technologies that do not belong to our scope of responsibility.

Payment Information

Our e-commerce provider is responsible for billing, processing and charging for your purchases, handles your personal information and keeps it absolutely safe and secure. We cannot access or use your credit or debit card information. You may access the applicable “in-app” purchase rules and policies directly from the app stores.

Information That You Submit

We process the personal Information (name, e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the email) which you may fill in by yourself when you contact us via email or support form. We collect, store and process it by our cloud storage provider.

This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us. We use such information to respond effectively to your inquiry, fulfill your requests, and send you communications that you request and perform the requested services.

Permissions on your device

In providing our product’s functions and services, we may need you to allow certain “permissions” on your device, which will enable information collection and usage relevant to those functions. These include the permissions described in the list below:

You can check if such permissions are allowed or not for our product and service in your device’s “Settings – Apps” and/or “Settings – Permissions”. You can decide whether each permission will continue to be allowed or denied. The method may vary depending on the device. Please refer to instructions from your device OEM or OS developer.

Please note that allowing these permissions will be deemed as your consent to allow us to collect and use relevant information to realize related functions; when you deny or disable the permissions, it means you have refused to provide related information to us, therefore also making us unable to provide those functions.

How and Why We Use This Information

To make our service available — we use information that you submit and information that is processed automatically to provide you with all requested services.

Our Platform is not intended for children (under the age of 13 or such higher age as required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal data or target interest-based advertising to children. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal data from children, we will promptly erase such information from our records.

X. Biometric Information and Face Data

We place the highest importance on your privacy and the security of your personal information, particularly biometric information such as face data. We hereby explicitly state to you:

  1. We Do Not Collect Face Data
This application/website/service does not collect, process, or store your face data or any other biometric information (such as fingerprints, voiceprints, iris scans, etc.) in any way.
  2. Definition of "Face Data"
For the purpose of this policy, "Face Data" refers to any geometric or physical characteristics of a face that can be used, alone or in combination with other information, to identify a specific individual. This includes, but is not limited to, data points related to facial contours, eyes, nose, mouth, and other distinguishing features.
  3. Our Practices
    • No Relevant Features: Our services do not include any features that require facial recognition, facial verification, facial analysis, or any form of static/dynamic facial feature extraction.
    • No Data Collection: We do not capture or extract your face data through your device's camera, uploaded photos, or by any other technological means.
    • No Third-Party Integration: We have not integrated any third-party SDKs, libraries, or services that collect face data.
  4. Your Device Permissions
While our core functions do not require the use of a camera, if any auxiliary features (such as scanning QR codes or taking ordinary photographs) require camera access in the future, we will explicitly seek your authorization separately. In such cases, the images obtained by the camera are used solely for that specific function, are processed immediately, are not used to identify you, and are not stored or analyzed as face data.
  5. Legal Basis and Commitment
We are fully aware that laws in many jurisdictions (such as the GDPR in the EU, CCPA/CPRA in California, and the Personal Information Protection Law in China) treat face data as highly sensitive personal information. We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws and adhere to the principle of data minimization. Therefore, we proactively avoid handling such sensitive data to protect your rights to the greatest extent possible.
  6. Our Commitment
We solemnly commit that our data collection and processing activities strictly adhere to the descriptions in this Privacy Policy. Should our policy change in the future and we decide to collect any face data, we will obtain your explicit consent beforehand, update this policy to reflect the change, and provide you with a clear opt-in choice.
